| SLIDELUCK Bushwick took place on Saturday, February 26, 2011 at 3rd Ward. Rather than a potluck dinner, it was a Chili Cookoff with 7 teams competing for 3 trophies made specifically for the event by local artists. Morgan O'Kane and his band provided a live bluegrass set prior to the slideshow of 23 Bushwick based-artists. Guests enjoyed Brooklyn Lager, Perrier, Scratchbread, and it was a zero-waste event, thanks to Sustainable Party! |
