Slideluck Potshow launched in Bogotá, Colombia, at Galeria Evolucion on Wednesday, February 27, 2008. It was a small, but lively crowd and the work was eclectic and interesting. Cristina Botero, a participating artist and the gallery owner, Max-Steven Grossman, and Irene Ocampo worked with SLPS Global to pull the event together with limited time and resources. The event got some good press, however, Casey Kelbaugh and Alys Kenny even spoke on Radio Nacional de Colombia earlier that morning. |
