| Slideluck Potshow launched in Venezuela on March 1, 2008 at the Museo de Arte Acarigua-Araure and with the support of the U.S. Embassy. Ali Cordero, Chairman of the Venezuelan American Endowment for the Arts, chartered two buses of artists and art critics from Caracas to the city of Acarigua. There was a whole weekend of programming, centering around Slideluck Potshow and an exhibit by Francisco Salazar. The event was well-attended and brought together artists from all over Venezuela. |
